Horefto and Agios Ioannis, two more of the most famous destinations in eastern Pelion with a variety of options for your entertainment and accommodation in the area. In both of these villages you will find several options in hotels and rooms for rent at different prices. Here the distance from these two destinations is a little longer, since to drive from one village to another you have to climb a small part of the route again on the mountain so that the route Horefto-Agios Ioannis is about 30 minutes.
I) Agios Ioannis

II) Horefto
Horefto is known almost all over Greece and especially to the most alternative visitors of Pelion. Horefto has a huge beach with plenty of space to spread your towel where you want, sit down to eat in one of its taverns next to where you will have your towel and also nearby to stay in an accommodation. Swim in the clear blue and crystal clear waters of the beach and taste traditional seafood delicacies in the taverns. The history of the village is closely connected with the history of Zagora since it was its port, from where the Zagorian ships started for their commercial activities in Europe and the East. Horefto is a purely summer destination. It is worth visiting if you are in Horefto, Zagora, of course, but also the nearby beaches of Parisina and Analipsi.
