In April 12 in a ceremony that took place at the port of Alonissos certification as the Golden IFramePrize for the most qualitybeaches received last year, once again, the island from international organizations «COASTAL & MARINE UNION-EUCC» and «QUALITYCOAST TEAM».
In the event of EUCC, held last May in Portugal, presented 100 selected areas as the most clean, green, and harmony with nature sustainable destinations for holidays: The QualityCoast Top 100. The list of winning entries drawn after extensive research of over 1,000 coastal and island destinations through a rigorous selection process. These destinations are recognized as the most attractive for visitors interested in nature and landscape, a clean environment, local identity and cultural heritage.
