For the 11th year will take place this year the race Alonissos Challenge 3 races at 2, 10 and 30 km in the island of Alonissos.

Turn-race 30 km .:
Starting from Patitiri Alonissos heading northeast (toward Gerakas) to Chrissi Milia Kokkinokastro and then through the central corridor of the island to Steni Vala, Isiomata and then to the west side going up to Old Alonissos from which descends to the beach great Mourtias and then return for an end to the starting point.

Catering:
On the way there will be power stations every 2.5 km, and isotonic every 5 km. And the finish (water + isotonic).
Participation:
Participation is open to runners aged over 18, who will run at their own risk and should have recently been examined by a doctor.
