Mpatzina is a traditional Thessalian pie without sheet. It’s delicious, simple and delicate cake that does not require many materials and preparation time. easily eaten all day and as an accompaniment to other dishes.
The recipe for this pie has different variations depending on what area is made. Mostly the ingredients used are pumpkin, cornstarch or flour and yeast, feta cheese, butter or olive oil, eggs, milk and salt. In some recipes not squash or eggs used and thus becomes lighter. This pie is fine, not too inflated and crisp taste.

Implementation
