Visiting Magnesia prefecture you will find many touristic resorts of all categories, for unforgettable holidays, among the natural beauties of Mount Pelion. Wonderful traditional villages with special architecture sites, and beautiful beaches are included as well at the eastern side of Pelion with many famous beaches such as: Milopotamos, Fakistra, Damouchari, Agios Ioannis and more. Horefto and Parisaina – Zagora's sandy beaches, with many options for accommodation and food. At the south side of Horefto beach there is a small port and a camping space as well. Horefto is a big sandy beach with beach bars and taverns close to the sea while Parisaina is a non-organiuzed sandy and pebbles beach for those who seek relaxation.
Papa Nero – Next to Agios Ioannis camping there is a wonderful beach with small pebbles. Papa Nero beach is an organized beach and it is ideal for families with children. According to the local legends, it was named either after a priest that was drawn there, or after the homonymous spring that can be found in the location of Trypia Petra. You will also find beach bars with sunbeds, taverns next to the sea and rooms to let with great prices. At the end of the beach you will find the hiking trail that heads you to Damouchari and Fakistra.
Ovryos – Beautiful sandy beach with blue waters and easily accessible from Pouri village.
Elitsa and Analipsi – two beaches with pebbles, separated by a crick during whole year.
Agioi Saranta – A great sandy organized beach that can be reached by Horefto or Makrirachi. While there is a big rock in the sea. You can find traditional guesthouses and taverns. One of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Pelion. Be careful in busy days there's no space to park your car.
Plaka – 5 minutes away from the port of Agios Ioannis is Plaka. Plaka is a non-organized sandy and pebble beach. Visitors of Plaka enjoy the clear waters and the small pebbles.
Damouchari - Pebble non-organized beach at the small settlement of Damouchari. Damouchari is known because it's the small port that ''Mama Mia'' movie was filmed! Fakistra – Sandy non-organized beach, that can be reached by Tsagarada. If you decide to visit Fakistra which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Pelion, you have to park your car at the parking area where the roads ends and then you have to take the path to Fakistra (15-20minutes walk). Mylopotamos – One of the best and most photographed beaches of Pelion, a great choice for many visitors. Milopotamos is a small organized beach with beach bar and sunbeds and one of the beaches that you have to visit if you are close. The natural beauty takes our breath, while the flora, the blue waters, the white pebbles and the sand compose a great landscape, separated by a rock, that can be crossed through a hole!
Lampinou - small non organized beach with pebbles and sand with a small tavern located above the beach. It is located north of Kalamaki beach.
Kalamaki (Propan) - A special non organized beach with large pebbles rarely found on a beach. These stone stones are located on the beach due to the nearby mining stone. Kalamaki is a non organized beach with large pebbles inside and out of the sea and it is close to village Kalamaki and Neochori.
Limnionas – A nice small beach, at Ksourihti village.
Mpanikas – A small beach with big pebbles. Close to Anilio village.
The beautiful beaches of Kamari and Ai Giannis at north Pelion near village Keramidi. Also, the small and isolated beach of Petromelliso near Veneto.
